At RP Floritech, we strive to provide you with healthy and beautiful plants. We understand that plants can be sensitive and sometimes unexpected issues may arise during transit. To ensure a smooth refund process, we have developed a refund policy that focuses on your satisfaction.
Our Guarantee
We take utmost care in sourcing and packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a plant that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we offer a refund or replacement for the affected plant under the following conditions.
Unboxing Video Submission
To initiate the refund process, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video of the delivered plants within 2 days of delivery. This video will help us assess any damage or issues and expedite the refund or replacement process. If you have received multiple plants in your order, please make sure to focus on the specific plant(s) that are damaged or unsatisfactory.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

Record an unboxing video within 2 days of receiving your plants, clearly showing the condition of the affected plant(s).

Submit the video to our customer support team via email (support.rpfloritech.com).

The plant(s) in question are still in the original packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and review your unboxing video, our team will assess the damage or issue. If the video demonstrates that the plant(s) received is damaged or does not meet your expectations, we will process a refund for the affected plant(s) within 7 days. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
In the case of multiple plants in your order, we will refund the amount for the damaged or unsatisfactory plant(s), while the refund does not apply to the remaining healthy plants. If you prefer a replacement plant instead of a refund, please inform us in your video submission. We will make every effort to find a suitable replacement and arrange for its prompt shipment.
Non-Refundable Items Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

Plants damaged due to improper care or neglect after delivery.

Plants affected by extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.

Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
